    • Message frequency varies. We send text messages only with your consent, and only to communicate about your estimate, appointments, and occasional offers.
    • Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive.
    • Reply STOP to opt out. You can unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will be removed from our SMS list and will receive no further messages.
    • Reply HELP for help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance with our text messaging program.

    Our services

    Rose Painting Group provides interior and exterior residential painting services for homeowners in Fresno, Sienna Plantation, Sugar Land, Pearland, Missouri City, and surrounding communities in Texas. Estimates are provided free of charge. Any work performed is based on a written agreement between you and Rose Painting Group.

    Estimates & pricing

    Free written estimates are based on the scope described at the time of the estimate. Final pricing is confirmed in your written agreement. We do not guarantee a specific price until a written estimate is provided and accepted.

    Your responsibilities

    You agree to provide accurate information when requesting an estimate, to allow reasonable access to the areas to be painted, and to communicate any changes to the project scope as early as possible.

    Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Painting Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

    Changes to these terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
